Not too sure what to think on this one, looks pretty much what a re-badged Civic Si would look like in Acura form (a la Acura CSX here in Canada -- only). Apparently from the source (www.vtec.net), there are concerns about whether or not the magazine "Holiday Auto" is just trying to sell papers.... Who knows, stranger things have happened....
